These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.terogroupusa.com, including any pre-launch registration, comments, marketing offers, or pre-sales promotions (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Site or Services. By booking a service with TeroGroupUSA, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Pre-Launch and Pre-Sales Promotion

**No Binding Contract for Services:**
The promotional offers, priority reservations, and pre-launch discounts displayed on this Site do not constitute a legally binding service contract for commercial cleaning, security, or logistics. Final services are subject to the execution of a separate, formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) between both parties upon the official launch of operations.

**Non-Binding Reservations:**
Any reservation, comment, or registration to secure a priority rate is entirely voluntary and serves as an expression of interest (Letter of Intent/Validation). No monetary deposits are required or accepted during this validation phase.

**Capacity Limitations:**
We reserve the right to limit the availability of our pre-launch offers to a restricted number of corporate clients due to operational onboarding capacities.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws in the United States and international jurisdictions.

3. User Representations and Comments

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that all registration and comment information you submit is truthful and accurate. If you provide any comments or feedback on our Site:

* You grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, publish, and distribute such comments for business validation and marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our pre-launch Services without notice at any time.
